Commercial Kitchen Deep Cleaning

All appliances will be taken apart to get cleaned. We start by soaking the parts in a heavy based degreaser. in the meantime, we would be grinding or scraping the Iron Grates back to the original form. The Pilots will be brushed cleaned and we also blow out the holes for an even burn. Once we are done with that, we will clean the insides and scrape the sides, front and back. We will steam clean the crevices to remove any built-up grease. All your hoses, legs and wheels will be cleaned also. At the end we will put it back together and oil coat it to prevent rusting. Then we will polish all the Stainless Steel.


All Griddles or Flat Tops will be sanded down back to the original Stainless Steel. The sides will be cleaned back to their original look as also the front and back. The oil drain where the oil will go into the trays will scrape clean and the trays will be pulled out and cleaned. After that it will be polished.

All the Grilles will be removed and grinded or scraped of grease residue. The rest of the interior will be taken apart and soaked in a heavy degreaser. in the meantime, all the sides, front, back and legs will be scraped clean back to original metal. After everything is cleaned, we put it back together and polished.


All the Fryers will be boiled out and the remove all the Carbon inside. The housing unit will be scraped and steamed to remove any grease built up. The back intake will be cleaned, and the back panel of the fryer will be removed only if it is not possible to clean. The frying baskets will be soaked and then cleaned. Customer must remove the oil before we start cleaning.

All Ovens will be degreased and scraped to remove any grease built up caused on the bottom, sides and top. All the racks will be soaked and grinded clean back to that original look. the top, sides and back will be wiped or scraped cleaned. The front doors will be scraped and cleaned and the windows will also be cleaned. The inside of the glass if there is a way will be cleaned.

Toasters, Soup Bowls, Microwaves etc will be cleaned and polished.

All sides, front and back will be wiped or scraped cleaned. The inside gaskets will be removed, and steam cleaned.

CUSTOMERS MUST REMOVE ALL THE ITEMS INSIDE. IF NOT, THEY WILL GO AROUND AND DO THE BEST, THEY CAN.

All tables will be wiped clean and the legs and wheels. Then polished.

Commercial kitchen Cleaners will degrease and then scrub or if need be power brush all the walls and door frames.

We will move items that are not heavy away from the walls. If racks are full of items, we will go around.

Floors will be degreased and either power washed or brushed depending on the drainage system.

Some grouts may have too much grease. It might have to be scrubbed by grout brush. 

We will move any items that can be safely moved. 

We will not strip the floors and wax unless agreed upon beforehand.
